What is TACERA?The Texas Association of County Engineers and Road Administrators is a professional organization which was chartered in 1987 to provide technical and professional interchange. Membership is open to all county road engineers, administrators and their staff. TACERA is the state affiliate of the National Association of County Engineers (NACE). TACERA partners with TxLTAP (Texas Local Technical Assistance Program) to provide continuing education credits for professional engineers and county commissioners. Our annual conference and one-day workshops provide an opportunity to earn CEUs for your professional requirements. Check the Conference tab on this site for upcoming events |

2026 TACERA Membership Drive
Please be watching your email boxes for the 2026 TACERA Membership Invoices. Invoices will be sent out during the month of January. If you do not get an invoice by January 31, 2026, please contact the TACERA Office. To pay for your Membership by credit card, please go to the Join Us link above or mail a check to the TACERA office. Your Membership will run from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Thank You for Your Support of TACERA! Membership Drive will end March 31, 2026!
